This evergreen, human-led professional development program allows professionals at all levels to solve problems around communication, challenges, feedback, business development, difficult conversations, executive presence and managing the difficulties of a personal life in the midst of building a career. Our mission is to radically change culture and retention through a disruptive learning model that begins with a series of bespoke small group peer advisory training sessions and then teaches clients to sustain those groups in perpetuity.
We recommend organizations begin their peer advisory programming with three peer advisory cohorts, each receiving five two-hour peer advisory sessions focusing on action-planning, accountability, and building the essential skills participants need to become influential leaders. While clients are free to reduce meeting duration to 90 minutes following the five-session incubation stage, two-hour sessions are required while our facilitators set the foundation for sustainability.
