Reimagine, Reinvent & Reclaim 2022

WHY VERDANT

Play Video

In January 2020, we officially launched Story Imprinting. And as we were taking our first steps, a global pandemic grounded us — just like that. We had to learn how to reimagine our business and our roles and our strategy all from the comfort and chaos of our homes. We adjusted our plans — and sometimes our attitude — and chose life and work and meaning. We continued to build our own business and help our clients grow. Along the way, we’ve learned so much about mindset, strategy and how to thrive in seemingly impossible conditions.

Every year presents the opportunity for obstacles to rise up and compromise our ability to become our highest and greatest selves.

You will never get the perfect environment for growth. You can’t wait for it.  And if you’re ready to choose yourself, we invite you to join us in a year of reimagining, redesigning and reclaiming your future.

Against the backdrop of an unpredictable marketplace, we are offering a unique year-long program to help professionals thrive.

VERDANT

We are living in wild times when the future feels fragile and uncertain. When 2020 dawned, no one could have imagined the economic or emotional impacts of a global pandemic. Working remotely has become the norm. Professionals are now required to lead through videoconferencing, presenting new challenges in a largely uncharted landscape in which the lines between our personal and professional lives are increasingly blurred.

  • How do we continue to connect?
  • How do we stay energized, engaged and ready for our next opportunity?
  • What can we do to have greater agency over our careers and not feel as though we are at the mercy of the market?
  • How do we elevate our executive presence and build social capital?
  • How do we continue to motivate others and build an energized, purpose-driven team?

The pandemic has taught us that in order to thrive one must remain nimble and able to both connect and build credibility quickly. This dynamic program will include a comprehensive curriculum on owning your career in challenging times as well as rigorous dialogue around  specific challenges facing modern professionals. You will also have the opportunity to grow your network in small private groups where you can ask questions, share ideas and build relationships if you so choose.

We believe in real-world training. Courses will be delivered for 90 minutes on a monthly basis via Zoom and will serve to challenge you and to provide real context and strategies for how to apply this topical content to your career. We will have a private Facebook group free of judgment and full of support for the cohort to build their network, ask BIG questions and support others on their journeys. You’ll also have monthly homework and recommended resources to build on the professional development lessons we’ll be tackling each month.

We will meet on the first Tuesday of each month at 8 a.m. Pacific/11 a.m. Eastern beginning Tuesday, January 4, 2022. Recordings of each session will be available for two days.

In the years of coaching people at all levels we know that transformation is choice.

We are bringing you all the tools you need. Now it’s up to you to do something truly radical: to choose yourself.
